Our senior consultant companies with junior engineers undergo a thorough investigative survey at the customer factory on their manufacturing processes, equipment involved, supply chains, best practices, human resources, etc., to ensure that we fully understand the customer’s current operations.
A checklist is prepared to record machine type, population, connectivity protocol, power usage, factory communication infrastructure, etc.
Step 2: Finalizing Blue-Print
The respective consultant and our project manager will hold several discussions with stack holders to finalize the project requirements, timeline, expectations, and deliverables.
Both teams will sign the final draft to ensure all parties are on the same page and adhere to the Scope of Work.
Step 3: Project Kickoff Meeting
Our project manager and a junior implementation engineer will organize a Project Kickoff meeting with his counterpart at the customer site. Members of the project team will be established, and tasks will be assigned to each stakeholder. A project plan is jointly developed with time markers. It will then be submitted to the customer management for final acceptance.
